摘  要:通过考察氧煤比(O/C)、煤氧枪枪位(H)、底吹气大小(G)、熔清碳[C]高低等4个因素对煤氧炼钢各工艺指标的影响,得到最佳的工艺参数为;O/C=1.8m3/kg,H=200mm,G=6dm3/min,[C」≥2.0%。在此工艺参数范围,冶炼时间为14min,金属收得率为92.6%,脱[P]率为60%,脱[S]能力与复吹转炉相当,钢中[O]、[N]、[H]含量符合炼钢标准。试验结果表明,采用煤氧枪炼钢,工艺是可行的。Based on studying the influence of oxygen-coal ratio (O/C), position of burner (H), flow rate of bottom gas blowing (G) and carbon content in metal melt-down on coal-oxygen steelmaking indexes, the optimum processing parameters: O/C =1. 8 m3/kg, H= 200mm, G= 6 dm3/min, [C % ]≥2. 0% were obtained with melt-down time 14 minutes, metal recovery ratio 92. 6 % , dephosphorizing rate 60 %. the capability of desulphurization was equal to that of combined blowing process and the contents of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen complied with the requirement of steelmaking. The testing results show that the process is available for steelmaking with coal-oxygen burner.
