摘  要:在实验室做了边缘布加小粒焦的三维动态热模拟实验研究。结果表明,小粒焦具有隔热功能,能减缓炉衬侵蚀并使高炉热损失减少,还能对炉料和炉墙起隔离作用,可消除炉墙粘结,有利顺行。边缘布加小粒焦是提高炉衬寿命的有效途径。The 3-D dynamic thermal simulation test of putting small-size coke around inside wall of BF has been carried out in the laboratory. The result shows:The small-size coke layer has the ability of heat insulation which reduces the erosion of the lining and decreases the heat loss ofthe furnace. This small-size coke layer can also separate the burden from the wall, so that the coherence on the wall can be prevented which will benefit the BF production. Putting small-size coke around the inside wall of BF is effective way to prolong the lifetime of the lining .
