摘　　要：介绍了凿岩钎杆用中空钢最新生产工艺──热穿─热轧法，其主要工艺过程是：采用特制中频感应器加热管坯，曼内斯曼式二辊穿孔机斜轧穿孔，阿塞尔式三辊轧管机轧管减径，六辊轧机热轧成型。采用此工艺生产的中空钢符合ＩＳＯ７２２和ＧＢ１３０１标准的要求。This article introduces the newest technology for hollow rock drill steel-heat piercing-heat rolling, using the special medium frequence inductive coil to heat tube rounds,on Mannesmann two-roller mill to pierce, on Assel three-roller tube mill to roll tube and on six-roller shaping mill to form hollow rock drill steel.The quality of the hollow rock drill steel produced by the technology is up to ISO722 and GB1301 standards.
