摘 要:通过对超高射频武器的系统结构和弹丸结构的分析,研究了超高射频发射中弹丸的受力情况,建立了弹丸强度的有限元分析模型,通过仿真得出了发射过程中弹丸轴向形变及等效应力的分布情况,结果表明支撑腿与弹体的结合部受到的等效应力最大,是最易受到破坏的部位,并对弹丸结构设计和材料选择提出了建议.The projectile intension finite-element model of hyper firing-rate weapon was given based on the analysis of the system configuration, the projectile configuration, and the force of the load on the projectile during the hyper-rate launch. By means of the simulation with computer, the distribution of axial distortion and the equivalent stress of the projectile in process of blast-off were obtained. The simulation and experiment results show that the equivalent stress at the bond of projectile and backstops is maximum, so the band of projectile and backstops is the brittlest part. Some advice are given for selecting the configuration and materials of projectile.
