摘　　要：图书馆数字化建设的人文构建是数字技术与人文的哲学关系的内在要求。数字图书馆具有高效率、平等与自由、知识民主化、虚拟实践、促进文化传播与交流、完善人格和道德修养等方面的人文价值。图书馆数字化建设的人文构建要从行政管理、法制建设、市场规律、伦理道德、服务调整等方面入手。The construction of humanistic framework of digital library is the inherent requirement of the tie between digital technology and humanity philosophy.Digital library has many humanistic value such as high efficiency,equality and freedom,knowledge democratization,virtual practice,enhance cultural spread and exchange,promote personality and moral responsibility,etc.The construction of digital library humanistic framework should first consider the aspects of administrative management,law code,market law,ethic and morality,service adjustment,etc.
