摘　　要：通过单因子试验和正交试验方法研究了维生素VB1、VB12对盐藻生长繁殖的影响。结果表明:VB1、VB12对盐藻生长繁殖的影响显著,盐藻最适的VB1质量浓度为10 mg/L,VB12质量浓度为0.005 mg/L,其交互作用的优水平为VB120 mg/L,VB120.005 mg/L。Effects of VB1 and VB12 on growth of alga Dunalielle salina were studied in the MAV culture media supplemented the vitamins. The results showed that the optimal concentrations of VB1 and VB12 were 10 mg/L and 0. 005 mg/L, respectively. The optimal combination of VB1 and VB12 together was 20 mg/L and 0. 005 mg/L.
