摘 要:目的对新车内空气中苯、甲苯和甲醛浓度进行分析,了解其车内空气的污染程度。方法采用甲醛分析仪,气相色谱仪进行测定。结果65辆新车中甲醛、苯、甲苯的总合格率分别为85%、65%、58%。第2、3、4个月甲醛浓度合格率分别为81%、59%、91%;苯浓度合格率分别为66%、45%、82%;甲苯浓度合格率分别为38%、64%、73%。结论甲醛超标程度较小,苯和甲苯超标比较严重。Objective To analyze the concentration of benzene,toluene and formaldehyde of the air in new cars,and to know the pollution level in the cars. Methods The portable formaldehyde analyzer was used to measure the concentration of formaldehyde, and gas chromatographs(GC) was used to measure the concentration of benzene and toluene. Results The total qualification rates of formaldehyde,benzene and toluene concentrations in 65 cars were 85% ,65% and 58% respectively. The qualification rates of formaldehyde concentration in 2,3,4 month after the car leaving factory were 81%, 59% and 91% respectively; The qualification rates of benzene concentration were 66 %, 45 % and 82%respectively, the qualification rates of toluene concentration were 38%, 64 % and 73% respectively. Conclusion The level of exceeding standard is lower for formaldehyde and is more serious for benzene and toluene.
