摘　　要：选才、用才是邓小平人才思想的重要组成部分。文章从选用人才的标准、原则、环境和机制等方面对邓小平人才选用思想进行阐述。这一思想为我国人才的脱颖而出铺平了道路,也对全面建设小康社会具有十分重要的意义。To select and ;utilize talented people is an important part of Deng Xiaoping＇s talent thought. And the article sets forth its position on this thought from the aspects of the standard, principle, environment and mechanism. In a word, it not only paves the way for talented persons becoming eminent, but also has a far-reaching significance for the comprehensive construction of the society with a modest competence.
