摘　　要：目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的生存质量及其影响因素,为提高患者生存质量提供依据。方法:用生存质量量表(SF-36)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)、家庭功能问卷(Fam ily APGAR)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评价61例MHD患者的生存质量并分析其影响因素。结果:MHD患者生存质量显著低于一般人群;MHD患者的躯体功能、躯体角色、活力、社会功能4个维度得分也显著低于泌尿生殖系统疾病患者;影响MHD患者生存质量相关因素包括:抑郁状态、社会支持、家庭功能等。结论:MHD患者生存质量较低;抑郁状态及社会支持是影响MHD患者生存质量的主要因素。因此,在治疗患者躯体疾病的同时,应积极而有针对性地为患者提供心理指导和社会支持,以改善患者生存质量。Objective： To investigate the quality of life and the affecting factors of the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method： The quality of life and the affecting factors of 61 maintenance hemodialysis patients were assessed by SF-36,SDS,SSRS and Family APGAR. Result： The .quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients was relatively had ; The scores of PF （ limitation in physical activities ）, RP（ limitation in usual role activities because of physical health problems ）, vigour and SF （ limitation in social activities） in MHD patients were markedly lower than those in patients with urinary and genital disease. Conclusion： The quality of Life of maintenance hemodialysis patients was relatively bad; The depression and the society support were the two main affecting factors influencing the quality of life of the maintenance hemodialysis patients.
