摘　　要：目的:观察鼠表皮生长因子(mEGF)治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法:将278例患者随机分为4组,其中Ⅰ组82例和Ⅱ组76例为mEGF喷雾剂治疗组,Ⅲ组60例为奥平栓治疗组,Ⅳ组60例为波姆光治疗组,治疗一个月经周期后观察。结果:mEGF组有效率90.5%,奥平栓组有效率80%,波姆光组有效率91.7%,mEGF组和波姆光组疗效优于奥平栓组,而波姆光组不良反应较多,mEGF组和奥平栓组均无不良反应。结论:mEGF是一种广谱性的细胞分裂促进剂,配伍抗菌药治疗宫颈糜烂,可加速宫颈鳞状上皮及粘膜上皮生长修复,效果好,无副作用,方法简单、方便,值得临床推荐应用。Objective： To observe the effects of mouse epidermal growth factor （mEGF） on the chronic cervicitis. Methods：Two hundred and seventy eight patients were randomly divided into 4 groups, group Ⅰ of 82 cases and groups Ⅱ of 76 cases were treated with mEGF; roups Ⅲ of 60 cases were with OPIN and groups Ⅳ of 60 cases were with POME. They were observed for the effects after treating a menstrual cycle. Results： The effective rate of mEGF system, OPIN, POME were 90.5%, 80% and 91.7%, respectively. Outcome of mEGF group and POME group were much better than OPIN group. There were many side effects of POME group. But there was no side effect of mEGF group and OPIN group. Conclusion：mEGF is a kind of cellular reproductive promoter. It can promote the growth of cervical squamous epithelium and mucous epithelium. That mEGF blends the antibiotics is effective and no side effect in treating cervical erosion. The method is convenient and simple. It is worth applying to the clinical.
