摘　　要：物流园区作为现代区域物流发展中的重要基础设施和结点,是政府兴建的重要工程。由于物流园区的建设投资大,开发时间长,开发者往往注重其建设风险,对其市场运营中的风险和环境的负面影响较为忽视。The logistics garden, as the important infrastructure and the contact point in the development of modern region logistics, the development of which becomes an important project made by the government. As the construction of logistics garden has many risks, such as the big funds, long development time, the explorer often emphasizes too much on its construction risk but neglects its operation risk and its negative influence on the environment.
