摘　　要：目的观察大剂量甲氨蝶呤(HDMTX)治疗急性淋巴性白血病的毒副作用,为临床护理提供依据。方法对39例急性淋巴性白血病患者行HDMTX化疗,观察其毒副作用并实施有效护理。结果本组患者病情缓解,有效延长了生存期。结论对应用HDMTX的患者行精心护理是减少HDMTX毒副作用的主要措施。Objective： To observe toxic reaction and side -effects in the treatment of acute lymphemia by large dosage of MTX （HDMTX） in order to provide basis for clinical nursing care. Methods ： Chemotherapy of HDMTX was applied to 39 patients with acute lymphemia, and effective nursing care was given according to the observation of toxic reaction and side-effects. Results： The patients＇conditions were improved and life was lengthened. Conclusion： Meticulous nursing care is regarded as one of important measures in reducing toxic reaction and side - effects when the patients are treated with HDMTX.
