摘　　要：高等教育的改革和发展已进入一个关键时期,要实现新的持续跨越式发展,必须以科学的发展观为指导,建设和谐大学。要办好新疆大学,就必须坚持科学发展观,以创新求发展,以稳定促进和谐,坚持以人为本,全面协调可持续发展。For the time being, the reform and development of higher education has come to a crucial stage, in order to achieve a new sustainable, leap-forward development, we shall build a harmonious university under the guide of the outlook of scientific development. To run Xinjiang University well, we shall also seek harmony through stability, and comprehensive sustainable development through science and technology respectively.
