摘　　要：目的 评价奥亭止咳露临床镇咳、祛痰效果及不良反应。方法 选取80例咳嗽患者，采用随机开放对照试验，试验组40例，对照组40例，试验组用奥亭止咳露lOml，对照组用急支糖浆19ml。每日3次口服，连用3。7日。结果 试验组和对照组综合疗效有效率分别是95％、77．5％。两组治疗效果差异有显著性。主要不良反应有恶心、呕吐、口干、嗜睡。结论 奥亭止咳露用于镇咳、祛痰安全有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of cough relieving, phlegm removing and the side-effect of COFETOL Cough Syrup. Methods 80 eases with cough were randomly divided into 2 groups：experimental group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） ;COFETOL Cough Syrup was given to the experimental group while Acute Bronchitis Syrup to the control group, both 10ml, 3 times/a day ,for 3 consecutive days or 7 consecutive days. Results There existed a great difference in 2 groups as the effective rate of the experimental group was 95% while that in the control group was 77.5% .The side effects of COFETOL were nausea, vomiting,xerostomla and lethargy. Conclusions COFETOL Cough Syrup is effective in relieving cough and removing phlegm.
