摘　　要：目的 总结我院八年来采用岛状包皮瓣尿道成形术（Duckett术）一期修复儿童尿道下裂的经验.方法 1996年至2004年间共收治尿道下裂患儿39例,年龄30个月～12岁,平均3.6岁,所有病人均行阴茎屈曲矫正和Duckett尿道成形术.结果 成功34例,成功率87.2%.手术成功标准为：阴茎完全伸直,尿道开口龟头部位,阴茎外观尽量接近正常.结论 Duckett术适用于各种类型尿道下裂,该法取材方便,皮瓣带蒂,成活率较高,术后阴茎外形美观,可作为首选术式.Objective To investigate the treatment of hypospadias in boys with Duckett, Methods All patients aged from 30 months to 12 years with a mean of 3.6 years. 34 boys have been treated successfully with Duekett. The curative rate 87.2%. Resucts The oparation success- fully that the form of the peuis has been satisfactory with easy and smooth miction and a slil - like meatas after the repair. Conclusion Hypospadias with the external urethial orifice at the penis body could be treated first operatively by using Duckett.
