细菌性阴道炎阴道分泌物临床检测分析

摘　　要：目的使用细菌性阴道炎快速检测卡对阴道分泌物进行检测,研究其对细菌性阴道病的发病、诊断作用及应用价值。方法以细菌性阴道病Am sel法作为参照,对正常人、非细菌性阴道病和细菌性阴道病不同病情及病期患者的阴道分泌物进行动态观察。结果菌性阴道炎快速检测卡检测细菌性阴道病患者阴道分泌物的敏感性为97.1%、准确性为98.4%、特异性为98.9%、阳性预测值为97.2%、阴性预测值为98.8%,同Am sel法的符合率为96.3%。结论用细菌性阴道炎快速检测卡对细菌性阴道病患者阴道分泌物的测定,简便有效,灵敏度高,适宜临床推广使用。Objective To use bacterial vaginosis （BV） rapid assaying card to detect vaginal secretes so as to study it＇s application in the disease development , diagnosis and prognosis. Methods To take arosel criteria as reference , to test healthy women , the women suffering from non - bacterial vaginosis of different seerity at differentstages. Results Detection sensitiity with bacterial vaginesis rapid assaying card is 97.1%, accuracy is98.4% ,peculiatness is 98.9% ,positive forecasr value is 97.2% ,negative forecast value is 98. 8%, the accordance qith arosel criteria is 96. 3%. Conclusion The detection of BV patients＇s vaginal secretes with thw bacterial vaginosis rapid assaying card is conducive to diagnosis ,survey and research of the disease.
