盐酸利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产术中的镇痛效果，以减少痛苦，降低手术难度。方法 选取我院门诊要求人工流产孕6～10周的患者300例，随机分成3组：Ⅰ组114例为利多卡因镇痛组；Ⅱ组96例为地卡因镇痛组；Ⅲ组90例为对照组。观察术中镇痛效果、宫颈松弛情况、术中平均出血及手术时间、人工流产综合征反应等。结果 Ⅰ组分别与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组比较，镇痛效果和宫颈松弛的差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01））；而出血量和手术时间的差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论 2％利多卡因宫颈注射是一种较好的人工流产术中的镇痛方法，方便、安全、有效，值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of easing pain and reducing difficulties in artificial abortion with injection of lidocainc into uterine cavity, Methods Three hundred cases of pregnant women at their six to ten weeks of gestation who requested artificial abortion operation in our clinic were selected in this study. The cases were randomly assigned to 3 groups i, e. Group Ⅰ ： 114 cases received lidocaine ; Group Ⅱ ： 96 cases received dicaine; Group Ⅲ ： 90 cases for control. The severity of pain, the laxity of uterine cavity, average bleeding volume during the operation and operation time, and the reaction of artificial abortion complications were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in pain relief and laxity of uterine cavity between Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ （ P 〈0.01 ）, and Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅲ （ P 〈0.01 ）, but no significant differences in bleeding volume and operation time among the groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion 2% of lidocaine uterine cavity injection is quite a good way to ease pain in artificial abortion operation. It is worthy of being generalized for its convenience, safety and efficiency.
