摘  要:目的观察替拉扎特对(Tirilazad)大鼠烟雾吸入伤早期肺损害的影响。方法将W istar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、烟雾吸入伤组和替拉扎特治疗组。伤后6 h分别对大鼠肺组织含水量、131I-白蛋白渗出量、超氧化物歧化酶、肿瘤坏死因子-α和磷脂酶-A2活性进行测定。结果替拉扎特治疗组肺组织含水量、131I-白蛋白渗出量、磷脂酶-A2活性和肿瘤坏死因子-α均明显低于吸入伤组(P<0.01),明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶增加明显(P<0.01),但仍低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论替拉扎特对烟雾吸入伤大鼠早期肺损害具有一定的抑制作用。Objection To evaluate the effects of tirilazad on the early lung damage in rats with smoke inhalation injury. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group ( control group ), smoke inhalation injury group ( injury group) and smoke inhalation injury plus tirilazad treatment group ( treatment group). Lung water content ( LWC ), exudation of 131I - labelled albumin ( 131I - BSA ), TNF - α, superoxide dismutase( SOD), and phospholipaseA2( PLA2 )activity were measured 6 hours after smoke inhalation injury. Results In treatment group, LWC, 131I- BSA, TNF- α and PLA2 activity were significantly decreased ( P 〈0.01 ) as compared with injury group, but significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). In treatment group, SOD was significantly increased , but still significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Tirilazad has some inhibitory effect on the early lung damage in rats with smoke inhalation injury.
