摘　　要：纳米技术与近场光学这一学科的结合导致了高科技领域一门新的学科纳米光子学的出现。近场光学探针和近场光学显微镜作为研究手段,使纳米光子学的研究有了可行性,而且使纳米光子学研究领域进一步扩大。在介绍纳米光子学领域出现的一些新器件与新技术的基础上,综述报道了纳米光子学在近场光化学气相制备、与量子计算的联系等方面取得的一些新进展。The nanometer techn subject-nanophotonics. Near-field research method make the research ology combining with the near-field optics create a new optical probes and near-field optical microscopes used as of nanophotonics expand fast. Some new devices and techniques of the field of nanophotonics are reviewed, and the progresses in quantum computation and near-field optical chemical-vapor preparation are introduced.
