摘　　要：共产党执政规律是指共产党作为执政党在执政过程中本身所固有的本质的必然的联系。它随着共产党执政实践的发展而不断深化。“三个代表”重要思想是共产党执政规律的集中体现:大力发展先进生产力,为共产党执政奠定坚实的物质基础;努力发展先进文化,为共产党执政奠定良好的思想基础;代表最广大人民的根本利益,为共产党执政奠定广泛的群众基础。The governing law of the Communist Party indicates the inevitable relation between the Party itself and the course of its governing. The law will be intensified with the development of the governing practice of the Communist Party. The significant ideology of the ~Three Representatives＂ by Jiang Ze - rain is a centralized embodiment in the governing law of the Communist Party： for the sake of the Party＇ s governing, we should devote our efforts to developing the advanced productive forces~ for the sake of laying a fine ideological foundation of the Party＇s governing, we should strive for developing the advanced eulture; and for the sake of laying an extensive mass foundation of the Party＇s governing, we should consider the primary of the vast majority of people.
