摘  要:在依检测参数不同产生的多种多样的绝缘材料品质检测方法中,采用基于图象统计分析的绝缘材料亲水性的检测方法,讨论了样本图象的条纹干扰问题。通过对检测图象的时域、频域分析比较了几种常用滤波器的去噪效果,建立了基于图象中特定方向的干扰条纹的去噪算法,利用二维傅立叶变换特点设计了特定方向滤波器。实验结果表明,滤波后的图片基本符合分类标准图的要求。In recent years, synthetic insulator has widely been used in electric power system, so it is an important problem that how to estimate the performance of a synthetic insulator in use and how to choose a new excellent insulator. The excellent performances of synthetic insulator mostly comes from its hydrophobicity, so measurement of hydrophobicity of synthetic insulators is a main means to evaluate their performance. Presently, the spray method and the static contact angle measurements are adopted to measure the hydrophobicity. The performance result from judging the comparability of images with the unaided eye and the standard image is overlaid by stripe, so we need to find a method to wipe out the stripe. In this paper the noise suppression effect of some common filters are compared by image analysis in time and frequency field, and no filter meet our expectation. So a noise suppression arithmetic of directional interference stripe is found. The directional filter is designed based on the characteristic of Fourier Transform. The result shows that the effect is satisfying.
