摘 要:实验研究了在常温、常压、无催化剂条件下,利用介质阻挡强电场放电方法对CH4和N2的合成。通过改变激励电压和气体比例(CH4/N2)研究对CH4转化及产物生成的影响规律。激励电压升高,CH4转化率和合成NH3的浓度随之增大;CH4/N2=3时,CH4的转化率及合成NH3的浓度达到最佳值,CH4转化率为57%;合成NH3的体积分数φ(NH4)=8 000×10-6。实验中其它产物有C2烃、C3H8、C4H10、H2和液体燃料油等;实验研究中实现了CH4的高转化率、高浓度NH3的合成及液体燃料的生成,为化学工业提供新的原料来源。收集到的燃料油中含有吡咯、2-甲基-1,4-戊二烯等8种主要物质,其中有重要的医药原料及其中间体、香科等高附加值产品。With the lessening of oil, natural gas is becoming one of the most important energy. Methane is the major constituent of natural gas, so the research and development of methane is very signification. The paper studies synthesis of CH4 and N2 by strong ionized discharge under atmosphere condition and without catalyst. In paper, influence rules of conversion of methane and production of new substance are studied by changing voltage and gas ratio. The conversion of methane and concentration of NHs increases with voltage increasing. When the ratio of gas is 3, the conversion of methane and concentration of NHs reaches optimization. At that time, the conversion of methane is 57% and the concentration of NH3 is 8 000 × 10^-6. In paper an electric field is formed by strong ionized discharge in the plasma reactor with reduced electric field intensity exceeding 400 Td, average electron energy higher than 10 eV and electron density more than 10^15/cm^3. Methane and nitrogen molecules are activated, ionized and dissociated into active particles such as CH3^+ , CH3^* , CH2^* , CH^* , H^* , N2^+ ,NH2^* and NH^* by nonelastic collision with high energy electrons. The particles react each other in the reactor to synthesize chemically products. The other products except NHs are ethylene, ethane, propane, butane, hydrogen and fuel. The study achieves high conversion of methane and vast concentration of NHs. Product from the research is the new source of chemical industry. Collecting fuel is significant medicine material, intermediate or spice value spice.
