摘 要:测定了飞灰中Zn、Cr、Ni的浸出率与pH值的关系,并利用MINTEQA2模型对它们的浸出率及主要存在形态随pH值的变化进行了模拟。结果表明:pH〈7.5时,Zn的浸出率高达70%~80%,pH值在8~12之间,Zn的浸出率接近0,pH值〉12时,Zn的浸出能力随pH值的增加逐渐增强;Cr在pH〈4时浸出率较大,最大浸出率为43%,pH在4~12之间Cr的浸出率接近于零,pH〉12时Cr的浸出率再次增加;Ni在pH〈2时浸出率较大,pH值在2~13之间时浸出率接近零。Relation between pH and leaching behavior of Zn, Cr and Ni was analyzed based on their leaching rate at different pH value derived from measurement and MINTEQA2 modeling. It is concluded that leaching rate of Zn registers between 70 % and 80 % when pH value is lower than 7.5, close to zero when pH value is between 8 and 12, and increases with the increase of pH value when it is higher than 12 ; leaching rate of Cr is relatively great, with the greatest value registering 43 % when pH value is lower than 4, close to zero when pH value is between 4 and 12, and increases again when pH value is higher than 12; leaching rate of Ni is dose to zero when pH value is between 2 and 13, and increases when pH value is lower than 2.
