摘　　要：介绍了新钢18000m3/h空分设备冷箱内泄漏的经过,详细分析了冷箱内泄漏和制氩系统堵塞的原因,简述了处理措施和经验体会。为保证空分设备冷箱及精馏塔系统长期安全、稳定运行,从设计、安装和日常维护3方面提出了建议。Cold box intemal leakage of a 18000m^3/h air separation unit has been introduced. After a detailed cause analysis of cold box internal leakage and block in argon - producing system, corresponding treatment measures and experiences have been described in brief. Some proposals for longtime, safe and steady operation of cold box and rectification column in air separation unit are also presented for designing, assembling and maintenance.
