摘　　要：目的:探讨经纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗VAP的临床疗效。方法:29例VAP患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上实行纤支镜灌洗治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:使用纤支镜灌洗治疗VAP,有一定的临床意义,值得推广使用。Objective：To study the curative effect of bronchofiberscopic lavage in the treatment of VAP. Methods：29 patients with VAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The routine therapy was used in both groups,besides this,the treatment group was added with bronchofiberscopic lavage.Results：The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion：Using bronchofiberscopie lavage for VAP has a certain clinical significance ,the clinical effect is well and can be used widely.
