胸膜腔内注入尿激酶对结核性胸膜炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察胸膜腔内注入尿激酶对结核性胸膜炎疗效的影响。方法:随机抽取住院病人76例,分为尿激酶治疗组和对照组,治疗组在全身化疗的基础上,将尿激酶注入胸膜腔。结果:胸水吸收治愈率,治疗组82.4%,对照组50.0%;胸水10天以内吸收者,治疗组47.1%,对照组14.3%;胸膜增厚,治疗组17.6%,对照组45.2%。结论:尿激酶胸膜腔内注入疗法,可以缩短结核性渗出性胸膜炎胸水吸收时间及减少胸膜增厚后遗症,有较大的临床应用价值。Objective：To study the effect of intrapleural injection of urokinase on the curative effect of tuberculous pleuritis.Methotis：Cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Pleura1 cavities of cases in treatment group were given urokinase on the basis of chemical treatment.Results：There was significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups.The cure rate of hydrothorax absorption in treatment group was 82.4%,and that in control group was 50.0%. Hydrothorax of 47.1% cases in treatment group was absorbed completely within 10 days and hydrothorax of 14.3% cases in control group was absorbed completely in the same period.Pachynsis：pleurae of treatment group was 17.6% and that of control group was 45.2%. Conclusion：The way by intrapleural injecti of urokinase could short hydrothorax absorption time of tuberculous pleuritis and reduce pachynsis paeurae.It is higher appliea value to treat tuberculosis pleuritis.
