摘　　要：目的:评价腔镜下部分甲状腺切除术对甲状腺良性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法:应用腹腔镜器械对50例甲状腺良性肿瘤进行甲状腺部分切除术。结果:术后平均住院时间5.2天,所有病人对手术的治疗效果和美容效果满意。结论:该术式技术先进易掌握,因美容效果显著而应用前景广阔,是甲状腺良性肿瘤理想的治疗方式。Objective：To evaluate the curative effects of laparoscopic partial thyroidectomy for thyroid benign tumours.Methods：The laparoscopic instrument was used to carry out the Partial thyroidectomy in 50 cases of thyroid benign tumours.Results：The average admission time after operation was 5.2 days,all patients expressed satisfaction with the operative curative effects and cosmetic effects.Conclusion：This method is aduanced and easily grasped and applied prospect is broad because of significant cosmetic effects,so it is an ideal therapeutic mode for thyroid benign tumours.
