广州市青少年自杀未遂及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解广州市青少年自杀未遂的情况及影响因素。方法采用统一调查表,应用分层整群抽样的方法调查广州市8所中学和8所小学学生8100名,并通过多因素Logistic回归模型筛选出自杀未遂的危险因素。结果自杀意念的发生率为3.8%。自杀未遂的影响因素为被恐吓或伤害、轻微自伤行为、伤心绝望和自杀意念。结论自杀未遂在中小学学生中时有发生,应加强综合干预措施,防止自杀行为的发生。Objective To study the condition of adolescent attempted suicide and its associated factors in Guangzhou city. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling was taken selecting about 8100 students from 8 high school and 8 primary schools in Guangzhou, questionnaire, survey was used, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to assess factors for attempted suicide. Results The rate of expressing suicidal ideation was 3. 8%. Multivariate analysis revealed that the associated factors for attempted suicide were threat, mild self- harm, despair and suicidal ideation. Conclusion Attempted suicide occurs occasionally among primary and high schools, and general interventional measures should be taken in order to prevent suicide.
