摘　　要：世界卫生组织(WHO)对社区参与一直很重视,认为它是卫生改革和发展初级保健的基本原则。有关学者对社区参与的理论与实践做了很多研究和论述。本文对此加以整理和总结,以期对推进社区卫生服务改革和实行社区参与有所借鉴。Community participation has been valued by WHO and was taken as a basic principle in primary health care. Researchers in this area have done a lot and made great progress in its theory and practice. The aim of this article is to summarize these researches and give guidance to the community health service reform and community participation experiences in our country.
