摘　　要：度洛西汀是新型选择性5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂(SSNRI),美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准度洛西汀用于治疗抑郁症及糖尿病患者的周围神经痛,同时欧洲批准该药用于治疗妇女尿失禁,本文主要对该药治疗抑郁症的药理作用及临床评价做一综述。Duloxetine is a selective reuptake inhibitor of the serotonin and norepinephrine. It is approved by the Food and Drug Administration （FDA） in the United States for the treatment of both major depressive disorder （MDD） and diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPNP）. In Europe, duloxetine is also labeled for stress urinary incontinence （SUI）. The pharmacological effect and clinical evaluation of Duloxetine for the treatment of MDD are summarized in this paper.
