4-二甲氨基吡啶合成工艺的改进

摘　　要：采用DM F法合成了4-二甲氨基吡啶,并对该合成工艺进行了优化.由吡啶与氯化亚砜合成中间体双吡啶盐酸盐的收率从文献报道的57%提高到65%;由中间体与DM F合成目标化合物的收率从文献报道的53%提高到73%.所用合成方法简化了操作步骤,降低了合成成本,减少了三废排放.4-Dimethylaminopyridine was synthesized using the DMF method and optimum conditions. The intermediate 1-（4-pyridinio）pyridinium dichloride was synthesized by pyridine and sulphurous oxychloride,The yield was improved from 57% （literatures） to 65%. Specially,the yield of target compound was improved from 53% （literatures） to 73%. We provided a simple way to synthesize 4-Dimethylaminopyridine.
