摘　　要：高校图书馆拥有较丰富的科技文献信息资源及人才和技术优势,应当突破传统的管理模式和服务方式,顺应时代的发展要求,根据社会需要,深入开发科技文献信息资源,在为校内教学、科研服务的同时,应积极面向经济建设的主战场,为中小企业服务,开展各种形式的科技文献信息服务。University Libraries have the advantage of rich information resouces of sci - tech literatures and talents and technology, they should depart from traditional management and service modes, and complying with the demands of the development of times and the society, explore and develop the information resourees of sci - tech literatures to serve teaching and scientific research, and economic construction, mainly small and medium- sized enterprises, as well.
