摘　　要：文章对水功能区划在制定水资源保护规划过程中的地位、原则和分级分类系统进行了概括性论述,并思考目前水功能区划的不足,提出要做好未来水功能区划工作,还应明确水域的功能主次类别与各功能区水量指标,完善地下水功能区划,将生态类型与资源合理开发利用结合起来。This article has generally discussed the position, principles classification system of water function compartment in the process of water resources conservation planning, and considering its inadequacy, proposed that for a better compartment, we should improve water function classification, water yielding index and groundwater function compartment for the ecology and reasonable exploitation of water resources.
