摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定利肝隆片(五味子,黄芪,当归,刺五加等)中五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。Waters PAD 2695—2996系统;Symmetry shield^TM RP18 5μm,3.9mm×150mm;流动相:甲醇-四氢呋喃-水(64:4:32);流速1mL/min;检测波长:220nm;柱温30℃。结果:五味予甲素在0.068—0.340μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.9999);五味子乙素在0.06—0.30μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.9998),理论塔板数n=3555.5,分离度R甲=5.09,R乙=1.12。结论:本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确。可用于利肝隆片中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量测定。AIM: A quantitative method was developed for the determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Liganlong Tablet (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix et Rhizoma seucaulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi, etc. ) by HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions included column Symmetry shield^TM RP18 5 μm, 3.9 mm × 150 mm, mobile phase: methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water (64: 4: 32), flow rate at 1 mL/min, wavelength at 220 nm. RESULTS: The number of theoretical plates is 3555.5. The Deoxyschizandrin liner is 0. 068 ~ 0. 340 μg ( r = 0. 999 9) and the Schisandfin liner range is 0. 06~0. 30 μg (r =0. 999 8). The resolutions are 5.09, 1.12, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, quick and accurate for the determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Liganlong Tablet.
