湖农5S的选育及育性转换特性的研究

摘　　要：通过农垦５８Ｓ／激光４号∥献党育成湖农５Ｓ。经研究，湖农５Ｓ属籼型光敏核不育系，不育起点温度低，达到了粳型光敏核不育系的水平，在湖北制种安全可靠；转为可育的临界光长要求比粳型光敏核不育系更短，在湖北不能繁殖，在海南冬季繁殖正常。Hunong 5S,derived from the cross of Nongken 58S/Laser 4∥Xiandan,is a newly一devel-oped indica PGMS Iine in rice. The studies on it showed that Hunong 5s has a lower critical sterile tempera-ture under long daylength conditions,similar to that of N5088S,a japonica PGMS Iine,Therefore,it is safeto conduct its hybrid seed production in summer with higher teml,erature and longer daylength in HubeiProvince,the central part of China. But it needs a shorter daylength for its fertility changing from sterile tofertile than the japonica PGMS Iine,so it can not be multiplied in autumn with lower temperature and short-er daylength in Hubei.However,in Hainan,the southmost province of China,it is easy to conduct its mul-tiplication in winter with lower temperature and shorter daylength and the selfed seed setting percentage washigher than 70%for several years.
