水稻光温敏核不育系香125S的开花习性观察

摘　　要：通过对香１２５Ｓ和Ｒ４０２的开花习住的观察，发现香１２５Ｓ具有颖花开颖时间较长，柱头生活力不太长，住头外露享较高，花期和花时较长，与父本同步开花比享较低，始穗至盛花时间长，穗用不太集中，但开花高峰期较明显等特点。The flowering habits of Xia 125S,a photo一thermo一sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in rice,and its male parent R402 were surveyed.The results showed that Xiang 125S ex-pressed a longer glume opening time(1.89 h/spikelet,0.83 h longer than that of R402),a stigma exsertionrate of 60.64%with about 4 d of stigma receptivity,a longer flowering period(15～16 d/plant,7 d longerthan that of R402),and an obvious but later peak anthesis time(during l0～12 a.m,0.5～1h later thanthat of R 402 ).Therefore, in the hybrid seed production of Xiang 125S the steps should be taken to make itspeak anthesis time easier and to prolong the flowering duration of the pollen parent.
