摘　　要：本文对武钢改质沥青BI和QI偏低的问题进行了分析,找出了影响改质沥青质量的原因并进行了实验室模拟实验和试生产。针对所存在的问题,采取了添加闪蒸油等措施,提高了现有改质沥青生产设备对中温沥青原料的适应范围,中间槽改质沥青的温度下降,使生产安全性大大提高,产品质量更加符合国家标准。In the paper, the slightly low problem of BI and QI of modified pitch of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company is analyzed, the cause that affects the quality of modified pitch is found and simulation test in laboratory and trial production are carried out. According to the existing problem, the measures such as addition of flash oil etc. are taken, the applicable range of existing modified pitch production equipment for medium temperature pitch feedstock is improved, the temperature of the pitch in intermediate tank is lowered, production safety is improve greatly and the quality of product is better than that of the national standard.
