摘 要:为优化地铁用轴流风机的设计方案,缩短设计周期,减少设计试验所消耗的人力和物力,应用商用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT,建立风机物理模型和计算模型,采用四面体非结构化网格对物理模型进行网格划分,根据实际条件设置边界条件,对地铁轴流风机在不同转速下的压力场、速度场进行模拟。得出在不同风量下的全压和效率值,并将模拟结果与试验结果作了对比,两者基本吻合,尤其是额定工况下的风量和风压,较为接近。说明应用CFD对风机进行数值模拟的结果是可信的,对设计可以起到指导性的作用。To give guidance and direction for the design of subway axial fan, optimize design project, shorten design period and reduce manpower and material resources that the design experimentation should consumed. Physical model and mathematical model were established by using commercial computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The physical model was segmented by tetrahedron unstructured grid. Then the boundary condition was settled according to real condition. At last pressure field and velocity field of the subway axial fan were simulated under different rotate speed. Then the total pressure and efficiency were obtained and result of simulation was contrasted with tested results. Wind volume and pressure are so inosculated and very same under rated condition. It' s clear that the numerical simulation result is reliable and can guide the subway axial fan design.
