摘　　要：建立了测定生物样品中微量硒的催化极谱法。试验发现Se（Ⅳ）与谷胱甘肽在-0．94V（vs．SCE）处形成一个灵敏的极谱催化波。Se（Ⅳ）浓度在4．0×10^-7-8．0×10^-6moL／L的范围内，峰电流与Se（Ⅳ）浓度呈线性关系。Se（Ⅳ）的检出限为2．0×10^7moL／L，相对标准偏差均小于5％。此法简便、快速、灵敏，结果准确。A method was developed for the determination of Se （ Ⅳ ） by catalytic polarography. There was a very good catalytic polarographic peak at -0. 94 V（ vs. SCE）with GSH. The linear relationship between concentrations of Se（ Ⅳ ） and the catalytic polarographic peak heights was in the concentration range of 4.0 ×10^-7- 8.0 ×10^-6 mol/L. Detection limit of this method is 2. 0 ×10^-7 mol/L with relative standard deviation less than 5%. This method is simple, rapid, and sensitive.
