摘 要:目的:探讨解脲脲原体(Uu)对20味中草药的敏感性。方法:用临床分离的Uu为受试菌,采用几何级稀释法测定20味中草药水煎剂的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:20味中草药对Uu均有不同程度的抑菌作用。其中黄柏、蒲公英抑菌效果最好,其MIC范围分别为0.97~7.81和0.97~15.62,MIC50均为3.90,MIC90均为7.81。抑菌效果最差的马齿苋、牡丹皮、鱼腥草敏感率均为0%。结论:本研究提示具有清热燥湿、祛风杀虫之功效的中草药,体外实验对Uu具有不同程度的抑菌作用。由于中草药在体内作用机制比体外还要复杂,在体内能否达到与体外相同效果尚待进一步研究。Objective: To determine the sensitivity of 20 Chinese herbs against Ureaphtsma urealyticum (Uu). Methods: Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 20 Chinese herbs on Uu isolated clinically were determined using geometric - progression diluting method in vitro. Results: All 20 Chinese herbs had bacteriostatic activities against Uu at different extent, among which cortex Phellodendri and herba Taraxaci were highly active against Uu. Their MICs were 0. 97 - 7.81 and 0.97 - 15.62 ( both MIC50 3.90 and both MIC90 7.81 ). Herba Portulacae, cortex paeoniae and herba Houttuyniae had lowest bacteriostatic action, with a sensitivity rate of 0%. Conclusion: The results suggest that Chinese herbs which can clear away heat, dry dampness and expel wind and parasites may have bacteriostatic effect on Uu in vitro. Because Chinese herb' s effects in vivo are more complicated than those in vitro, further studies are needed to determine their effects in vivo.
