摘　　要：介绍了8 MN新型拉伸矫直机的技术特点及设计思路,并通过理论计算结合使用效果对设备几个主要参数作了设计、讨论。该设备实际运行平稳、操作方便可靠,整体性能达到了设计要求。该类型矫直机的成功使用对拉伸矫直设备方案选型及设计具有指导意义及参考价值。The technical characteristics and design notion of 8MN new type stretcher is proposed. Several main parameters are designed and discussed by means of theoretically computing concerning the practical effects. Practically, the running of the machine is smooth, its operation is convenient and reliable, the capability has met the design demands. The successful application of the stretcher is instructive and referential to the type selection and design of stretcher.
