摘  要:无缝钢管生产的定径工艺决定了管体的尺寸和几何形状,同时也影响其机械性能。为消除无缝钢管轧制和热处理后的尺寸和圆度误差。本文研究在满足无缝钢管几何形状要求的前提下定径量和定径温度与残余应力之间的关系。通过分析无缝钢管定径时的变形规律,来减小定径工艺产生的残余应力,以获得最佳的定径效果,提高无缝钢管的机械性能,为定径工艺的制定提供理论依据。The sizing process must be taken in order to eliminate the size and roundness error after the seamless pipe rolled and heat treated. As the last procedure of producing the seamless pipe, the sizing process plays a key role in not only controlling the pipe size and geometry shape, but also affecting its mechanical performance. Therefore, to meet the tolerance requirements, investigation has been carried out to find the relationship between residual stress and the sizing measure and temperature. A detailed analysis thus is performed to understand the sizing deformation process, and will help reduce the residual stress of sizing process, and achieve an optimized sizing technology and improve the mechanical performance. The analysis results obtained may provide a theoretical foundation for establishing the sizing process.
