摘 要:采用笃斯越桔嫩枝及硬枝扦插,用生根剂处理插穗,在不同的基质上进行扦插试验。结果表明,笃斯越桔扦插用河沙作为基质最好,生根剂ABT处理的插穗生根率最高,越桔嫩枝扦插以ABT 1mg/L、NAA 1mg/L和IBA 1mg/L效果最佳。笃斯越桔嫩枝扦插比硬枝扦插成活率高。The Vaccinium uliginosum softwood and hardwood were treated by rooting reagents, and were planted in different substrates . The result showed that the rooting rate can increase if the cuttings were treated by rooting reagent ABT, and the substrate which is sands is better than others. The rooting reagents ABT1mg/L, NAA1mg/L and IBA1mg/L are the best for softwood. The rooting rate of softwood is better than that of hardwood.
