摘 要:以4个粳型光敏核不育系和8个恢复系为亲本,采用p×q不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)设计对8个主要性状的配合力进行了分析。结果表明:所有测定性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到了显著或极显著水平,所测性状主要受亲本一般配合力的制约,每穗实粒数和单株粒重受组合特殊配合力的影响相对较大;父本一般配合力的作用明显大于母本一般配合力的作用,不育系“S23”和恢复系“选二”、“C418”等亲本多数性状的一般配合力效应和特殊配合力方差较高。Four japonica PGMS lines and 8 restoring lines of two - line japonica hybrid rice were selected as parents to analyze the combining ability of 8 characters by p × q incomplete diallele cross ( NC Ⅱ ) design. The results showed that both general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) of all the characters were significant at 1% level. The role of GCA was more important than that of SCA for all characters. The role of SCA for filled grains and grain yield per plant was greater than that for other characters, and the role of GCA for restoring lines was greater than that for PGMS lines. PGMS line "S23" and restoring line "Xuan 2" and "C418", showed greater GCA and SCA variance for main characters.
