摘　　要：“优I458”是利用野败同型不育系“优IA”与本所育成的早稻强恢复系“R458”配制而成的杂交早稻新组合。该组合分蘖力强、株型适中、根系发达、丰产性好、结实率高、抗逆性强、制种产量高且成本低,适宜在长江中下游作早稻中熟组合种植。介绍了“优I458”的选育过程、主要特征特性、栽培技术和制种要点。＂ You I458＂ is a new hybrid rice combination , which is bred by crossing between wild -abortive homeotypic cytoplasmic male sterile ＂You IA＂ and strong restoring line ＂R458＂. ＂You I458＂ has strong tillering ability, ideal plant - type, strong root systems, good high - yielding ability, high setting rate, strong resistance, high yield and low cost of seed production, and is suitable to be planted in mid - low branches of the Changjiang River as mid - maturing variety. In this paper, some key characters, cultural and seed production techniques, and breeding course were introduced.
