摘  要:在前期对纳米硅铝介孔分子筛制备、物性表征的基础上,考察了纳米硅铝介孔分子筛催化剂在萘异丙基化反应中的催化活性。反应中以异丙醇为烷基化剂,在适宜的反应条件下纳米硅铝介孔催化剂可使90%以上的萘达到转化,对异丙基萘、二异丙基萘选择性分别约为89.9%和74.1%,并具有与常见沸石催化剂Y,USY相当的催化活性,但是与常用于萘烷基化反应的M(丝光沸石)催化剂相比,具有较大孔道结构的纳米硅铝介孔分子筛对目标产物缺乏明显的择形特性。The isopropylation of naphthalene using isopropanol as alkylating agent over novel mesostructured aluminium - silicon nanoparticle.s was studied on the basis of earlier research on the preparation and physical characterization of nano- sized aluminiumsilicon mesoporous molecular sieve. It is found that, under suitable reaction conditions, the conversion rate of naphthalene is more than 90% and selectivity to isopropyl - naphthalene and two- isopmpyl - aphthalene is about 89.9% and 74.1%, respectively, and gains the same catalytic activity of the present nano - sized catalyst such as Y and USY. However, the selectivity of nano - sized aluminium silicon mesoporous molecular sieve with relatively broad mesopore to objective products is much lower than that of reported alkylating catalyst.
