摘 要:临氢条件下,以全馏分FCC汽油为原料,在固定床连续微反应装置上对HZSM-5沸石催化剂和HL沸石催化剂的芳构化降烯烃反应性能进行了评价。用气相色谱仪对原料和产品进行了分析,并用X射线荧光光谱法,XRD,BET和IR等手段对沸石催化剂进行表征。结果表明,两种催化剂在反应活性一致的情况下,FCC汽油在HZSM-5催化剂上的烯烃饱和率达30.31%,芳烃体积分数由20.15%增加到31.55%;而在HL催化剂上的烯烃饱和率达15.25%,芳烃体积分数增加到28.72%。在两者反应条件一致的情况下,HZSM-5沸石催化剂不但具有较好的烯烃芳构化活性,同时还表现出了良好的活性稳定性。这种反应性能的差异主要是由于HZSM-5沸石和HL沸石的酸性特征、表面积(BET)和微孔体积不同所造成的。In the presence of hydrogen, the performance of HL and HZSM - 5 for removing olefins by aromatization was assessed in a fixed - bed microreator by using full range FCC gasoline as the feedstock. The feedstock and productions were analyzed by using gas chromatograph in experiments and the zcoltes were characterized by means of XRF, XRD, BET and IR and so on. The results indicate that, at the condition of same reactive activity, the olefin saturation rate over HZSM - 5 catalyst is 30.31%, the aromatics content increases from 20.15% to 31.55% ; but the olefin saturation rate over HL catalyst is 15.25%, the aromatics content increases to 28.72 %. At the same reactive condition, HZSM - 5 catalyst not only has a higher activity to removing olefins by aromatization than HL catalyst, but also has excellent active stability. The different performance between HZSM 5 catalyst and HL catalyst is mainly due to the different acidity, specific surface(BET) and micropore volume which they have.
