摘  要:目的探讨 REZ-1人工耳蜗植入后电极环的定位和改变植入方式对于电极环位置的影响。方法12例成人颞骨标本暴露前庭阶,植入电极后,测量每个电极环盘绕蜗轴的角度、电极环与蜗轴的距离,根据植入电极的序数使用 Spss 进行函数拟合。植入电极后回撤1个电极环,测量每个电极环盘绕蜗轴的角度、电极环与蜗轴的距离。结果电极环盘绕蜗轴的角度符合二次方程函数(F=11 393.8,P<0.001),电极环与蜗轴的距离符合对数函数(第1~9个电极环,F=1 001.44,P<0.001)和线性函数(第10个电极环以上,F=1 602.06,P<0.001)。回撤1个电极环与常规植入比较,第10~16个电极环与蜗轴的距离明显减小(配对 t 检验,P<0.05)。结论每个电极环的位置可以通过数学方程计算。回撤1个电极环可以使部分蜗内电极环靠近蜗轴。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2006,6:149~151)Purpose To study the location of REZ-1 cochlear implant electrode rings and the position change of electrode rings after implantation mode change.Methods In 12 human adult temperal bones, scala vestibulae roves were removed and electrodes were implanted. The angle that each electrode ring coiled the modiolus and the distance between each electrode ring and the modiolus were measured. Linear and curve regression were evaluated by Spss. The angle that each electrode ring coiled the modiolus and the distance between each electrode ring and the modiolus were measured after withdrawal of one electrode ring. Results The angle that each electrode ring coiled the modiolus and the ordinal number of each electrode ring in the cochlea were in accordance with quadratic function( F = 11 393.8, P 〈 0.001). The distance between each electrode ring and the modiolus were in accordance with logistic function ( n 〈 10, F = 1 001.44, P 〈 0.001 ), and linear function( n ≥ 10, F = 1 602.06, P 〈 0.001 ). After one electrode ring withdrawal, the distance between No 10 to No 16 electrodes ring and the modiolus shortened (paired t test, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The location of each electrode ring can be calculated by the ordinal number of each electrode ring in the cochlea. After one electrode ring withdrawal, the distance between some electrode rings and the modiolus shortened.
