摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子 eotaxin、RANTES 在鼻息肉组织中的表达及意义。方法采用鼻息肉患者的鼻息肉组织10例,并以鼻中隔偏曲患者的下鼻甲组织5例作对照,用免疫组织化学的方法原位测定趋化因子eotaxin、RANTES 的表达及分布。结果鼻息肉中 eotaxin、RANTKS 呈强表达,主要分布于鼻黏膜上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞及散在分布于间质的炎性细胞中;下鼻甲组织中 eotaxin、RANTES 呈弱表达或阴性表达。二者差异具有显著性。结论鼻息肉组织中有高表达的 eotaxin、RANTES,其与鼻息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞的大量浸润有关。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2006,6:155～156)Purpose To study the expression and significance of eotaxin and RANTES in nasal polyps. Methods Eotaxin and RANTES protein of 10 cases with nasal polyp were measured by immunohistochemical techniques Inferior turbinate mucosa was served as control. Results Eotaxin and RANTES were strong expressions and localized mainly in the nasal polyp epithelium, the various inflammatory cells, in submucosal endothelial cells around the vessel and in submucosal glands. The expression of eotaxin and RANTES in the inferior turbinate were low or negative. In the nasal polyps group, the protein level of eotaxin and RANTES were significantly elevated compared to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Eotaxin and RANTES were expressed at high levels in nasal polyps, and they should be associated with the recruitment of eosinophils.
