西葫芦不同雌花位种瓜对杂交一代种子产量的影响

摘  要:以花叶西葫芦为母本,黑龙江小白皮为父本配制杂交一代种子,观察不同雌花位种瓜对种子产量的影响。结果表明,第2雌花位种瓜种子产量,千粒重最大。在人工授粉条件下,其单瓜种子粒数分别较第1、第3雌花位种瓜增加114.4粒、43粒;其单瓜种子重量亦分别增加56.9%和17.0%。Taking 'Hua Ye' squash as female perent and 'Xiao Bai Pi' squash from Hilongjiang Province as male parent,producting F1 hybrid seeds, Effects of seed squash in different female flower on seeds yield were observed. The results showed:Seeds yield of seed gourd in the second nodal female flower and its thousand grain weight were higher. With artificial pollination.its mount of seed grain in one seed gourd was more than seedgourd in the first or third nodal female flower 111.4 or 43,andits weight in one seed gourd also increased 56. 9% or 17.0%.
